We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage and scale digital marketing initiatives for e-commerce brands across marketplaces and digital channels.
This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, social media growth, marketplace optimization, and analytics, with the ability to translate brand goals into measurable digital strategies. You will work closely with internal teams and client brands to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across multiple digital platforms.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and optimization strategies.
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance by optimizing ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve marketing performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing marketing creatives and ad assets.
- Manage and optimize marketplace accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Namshi.
- Improve product discoverability through keyword optimization, listing improvements, and product content enhancements.
- Monitor marketplace sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal marketplace strategies.
- Stay updated with marketplace platform policies, algorithm changes, and new growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging content including images, videos, and promotional posts.
- Monitor social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Identify opportunities for social commerce, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Capillary, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Segment customer audiences to deliver relevant promotional and engagement campaigns.
- Optimize email performance by improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Support customer retention initiatives through targeted email communication.
- Track and analyse digital marketing performance across campaigns, marketplaces, and social media channels.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign dashboards to evaluate performance.
- Identify trends in customer behaviour, traffic sources, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations for marketing optimization.
- Act as a point of contact for assigned brands and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Understand client objectives and align marketing activities with business goals.
- Present campaign performance updates and recommendations during review meetings.
- Work closely with internal teams including design, content, and marketplace operations.

- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital agencies.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign management.
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms such as Amazon or Noon.
- Experience managing social media strategy and performance-driven campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing reporting tools.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have: Proven track-record of implementation of AI-driven marketing solutions.
